Dr. Shani Dhanda (@shanidhanda) is recognised as the UK’s most influential disabled person (Shaw Trust) and was named a BBC 100 Women Laureate in 2020. A leading consultant in diversity and inclusion, she works globally to drive accessibility across businesses.
Living with the rare genetic condition Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Shani has visited over 44 countries and writes about her travels in Condé Nast Traveller. She is also an accomplished TV and radio broadcaster, keynote speaker, social entrepreneur, and children’s author. With over 27 awards to her name, Shani is a powerful advocate for change, igniting transformation and empowering others.
